Many of our regular clients will know that there have been some changes afoot at Mimram vets.
We hope that these changes will have a positive impact on the service we give to you and your treasured pets and that you will continue to enjoy the high clinical standards and warm, personal service that you have come to expect from our team.
We will shortly be switching our computer systems over to a new, powerful system which will allow us to be more efficient in our dealings with you, our suppliers and your insurance companies.
It does mean that for one day, when the clever techies take over and transfer all the data, we will be pretty helpless!!
We apologise in advance that we will effectively be closed on Tuesday 7th August. If you’re pet has an emergency we will of course refer you to the QMHA but if you need food, prescriptions or a routine appointment please get in touch beforehand.
Our new system goes live on the 8th August when normal service resumes. The team are receiving training prior to the switch over but we will inevitably have a few teething issues, and we just ask for you to kindly bear with us!! We are certain that in no time at all this change will bring benefits for all of us….
